Zeitgeist Asset Management has begun renting 145 flats along with 19 studio units in Residence Delta Hagibor at the border of Prague’s Vinohrady and Strašnice neighborhoods. Peter Noack says the project is the latest addition to its Home by Zeitgeist portfolio that it manages for Invesco Real Estate. “The advantage is that as an experienced operator, we’re able to guarantee tenants stability and a personal approach through the whole rental relationship.” The project is made up of three connected buildings that are served by a common reception area. Tenants can also rent parking places as well as storage units in the basement. Zeitgeist will provide complete furnishings for roughly two-thirds of the units, with the first planned to be ready to move into as of October. The company has prepared two units (37 sqm and 57 sqm) as show rooms. Delta Hagibor Residence is part of the emerging Hagibor district near the Želivského metro station. Zeitgeist received the mandate for its complete lease and management from the property’s owner, Invesco Real Estate.
