LPP has revealed that it’s implementing Singu FM, a facility and maintenance management software package from Velis Real Estate Tech. It’s a huge deal considering that LPP’s brands encompass network of 1,600 stores in 20 countries. They include Reserved, Mohito, House, Cropp and Sinsay.
Błażej Biernacki (LPP) says it’s precisely the company’s intensive growth over the past 30 years that created the need for an advanced tech solution that would be capable of supporting the management and operation of its chain. “We focus on the constant expansion of our retail space,” said LPP’s Stores Maintenance and Operation Manager. “As a leader in the use of new technologies, we also want to be the best in the operations management field, which is possible thanks to the use of appropriate proptech solutions.” He said the dispersed nature of the company’s stores meant they needs a system to standardize everyday processes and that “enables us to see our operations from a big picture perspective.” Implementation has already taken place in over 1,000 stores over the last three months.
”Velis Real Estate Tech is focused on further development and global expansion, and it is consistently following this path, which is confirmed by the cooperation with such market leaders as LPP,” said Adam Penkala a member of the board at Velis Real Estate Tech. ”Acquiring such projects shows that our technology works well in them and provides great value to the real estate managers as well as employees of stores.”
