J&T Ventures has committed to investing millions of euro in Czech-based proptech Sharry in return for a 10% stake in the company. Sharry provides digital solutions for facility management and mobile access to modern offices. Its breakthrough came in 2019 when it was chosen by SL Green Realty to deploy its digital platform in a portfolio of prominent high-rises located across Manhattan, including the landmark One Vanderbilt building. Other commissions have followed, including Masaryčka in Prague and Sky Park Offices in Bratislava as well . . .
