Earlier this year, Colliers named Oana Stamatin Director of ESG for Central & Eastern Europe. This didn’t come out of nowhere…Oana has been building her ESG expertise over that past 10 years, during which time she’s been involved in over 100 projects totaling 3 million sqm of real estate. She says a common misconception about ESG remains the idea that it’s just a piece of paper investors need to file away somewhere. Her mission is to explain to clients that it’s an ongoing process that needs constant tuning.
