A Czech automobile services company named RT Torax is planning to build the highest building in the country next to the Nova Karolina shopping center in Ostrava. The investor bought the 8,300 sqm parcel for the project from the city last summer for CZK 63 million, and is currently carrying out out a geological survey to determine exactly how high the building can go.
