Penta Real Estate has sold the Churchill Square office complex to Ceskomoravska nemovitostni with the Lebanon based investor Corporate Finance House. Negotiations have been ongoing for months with a range of investors from Germany, Austria and the United States for prices reflecting an extremely aggressive yield.
