Karel Stransky has joined CTP as Group Business Development Director, following over two decades working with Colliers. CEO Remon Vos said he would be tasked with expanding the company’s reach by overseeing and adding structure business development teams in each of the countries where CTP operates. Stransky estimates that he’s been involved in transactions that span over 3.5 million sqm of office, production and logistics space. Most recently, he’s been working around EMEA for Colliers as Head of Corporate Industrial Advisory helping producers and multinationals identify the best locations for their logistics or production operations.
“I’ve watched CTP grow from its very first project in 1998, into a leading European real estate business today with client interests, sustainability and community at its heart,” he says. “The long-term fundamentals for Europe’s logistics sector are highly positive, but more than ever modern multinational businesses need space that is customized to their needs.”
“Karel brings a great deal of experience and seniority to our team,” said Vos. “He will provide exceptional support to both our existing and potential clients, helping to deliver everything they need from their industrial and logistics real estate.”
