Savills has strengthened its Czech valuation division with three key personnel changes. Daniel Duchek joins as Senior Valuer, having worked for the past decade in banking and financing. At Fio Bank, he was an internal valuer, specializing in the assessment of collateral properties for the Czech and Slovak developments. At Moneta Money Bank, he valued commercial as well as residential assets, while contributing to the creation of automated valuation models.
Alena Arnoldová enters as a Junior Valuer after working at RSM CZ and Cofidis in compliance roles. She began her professional career as an internal auditor at the investment company AVANT.
Ivana Horáková has also been promoted to Valuer, meaning the team led by Marek Pohl now numbers seven. The group handles commercial, residential, hospitality, leisure, healthcare and land valuations across Czech and Slovak markets.
