Having set up the company’s permanent office in Prague, Pavel Rufert has been promoted to Director of Logicor Czech Republic. He’ll be responsible for strengthening Logicor’s market presence with land acquisitions and new project development. But in response to increasing activity in the market, the company is now growing the Czech team as well with two new appointments. Alžběta Pastrnková has joined Logicor as an Asset Manager, having worked previous for 108 Agency in its Office and Industrial Leasing temas. Logicor also hired Libor Zbojan as a Project Manager and placed him in charge of managing and coordinating site evaluations, new developments and redevelopments. Zbojan’s career stretches back 15 years, including stints at Kajima, CTP Invest, CPI Group and Penta Real Estate. Rufert says the team’s expansion was necessary in view of expected activity. “We are planning to further expand our existing 110,000 sqm portfolio with land acquisitions and redevelopments,” he said.
