UBM Development has received the use permit for the Andaz hotel on Senovážné nám. in central Prague. Completion work on the “Sugar Palace” building in which it’s located is still ongoing (primarily fitouts and restorations), but the 176-room hotel should soon be ready for a soft opening. Fitouts of the ground floor rental units are also underway, for example on a FIO banka branch office.
