Published: 07. 08. 2024

Five years after its acquisition, Revetas Group has offloaded the Budapest-based developer TriGranit to the Czech investment group DRFG. Revetas founding partner said he was pleased to have found a buyer who valued TriGranit’s CE team of professionals. Since buying the company in 2018, he said he’d brought in new management along with completing Millennium Gardens in Budapest, an office building in the B4B scheme in Krakow and repositioned over 90,000 sqm office development land into 2,000 apartments. “We are confident that under DRFG’s umbrella, they will continue to thrive and achieve new heights,” said Assimakopolous. TraGranit CEO Tom Lisiecki said that with new ownership in place, his team would focus on new development opportunities and on expanding the company’s footprint. The companies have been jointly developing a logistics park in western Poland. TriGranit will implement DRFG group projects and continue previously contracted projects such as Bonarka for Business in Krakow, Poland.
