Logicor’s first Czech development gets underway

Published: 16. 11. 2023
Logicor has kicked off construction of its first Czech regional logistics development on the D10 motorway 20 km northeast of Mlada Boleslav. The industrial specialist is building two new warehouses totaling 20,000 sqm, of which one will have a cross dock facility. Logicor has committed to improving the area around the brownfield site, including road investments, biking paths and landscaped public areas. It’s already carried out the necessary demolition works to clear the site and groundworks have already been completed. If all goes to plan, the first phase of Logicor Příšovice should be done by the middle of 2024. Logicor entered the Czech Republic in 2017, managing 115,000 sqm of logistics assets around the country. Director Pavel Rufert said the company’s first Czech development was attracting strong interest from potential customers. “Logicor Park Příšovice will include great sustainability initiatives and play a key role in benefitting the community through better public amenities and potential job creation.”
