Having just handed over the first building at VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City, VGP has kicked off construction of the next two buildings (B & C). And it’s not purely on spec, as RTR-Transport a Logistika has already signed up to take the 10,787 sqm Building B. The Czech logistics company has outgrown its its hub within the city limits. The new hall, said director Pavel Kříž, “will significantly increase the volume of our logistics services offer within the region.”

VGP has promoting the park as a last-mile logistics location capable of serving the nearby town of Ústí nad Labem, but it also sits 2km from the D8 motorway. The 11 ha brownfield site should eventually house a 52,000 park, including Building A, which is occupied by Exyte Technology and Bosal Aftermarket Europe. The new construction will another two buildings with a total of 29,000 sqm of GLA. This is a BREEAM Very Good scheme.
