HSF System completes 3 retail parks for KLM and J&T fund

HSF System has handed over a trio of Czech and Slovak retail parks, a total of 27 store units and 16,000 sqm of GLA. The investors are KLM Real Estate and J&T Property Opportunities Sicav fund. KLM board member Michal Kozáček says the projects followed strict environmentla guidelines that included the construction of green roofs, water retention car parks and rainwater havesting systems. “The new retail parks don’t just boost the local economy, providing new jobs, but they also prove that retail construction can be done in an environmentally friendlly manner.

The new centers were built in Humpolec, Lipník nad Bečvou and Bytč. OC Klokan in Humpolec was built on the site of a former bus station and offers two buildings of 4,500 sqm each. OC Klokan Lipník nad Bečvou is the smallest of the new assets, with 3,700 sqm and six stores. OC Klokan Bytča offers 7,666 sqm, including a landmark space suitable for a food chain.
