Stefan de Goeij has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s office in Prague as CEE Head of Sustainability & ESG. A longtime proponent of sustainability, de Goeij has over 23 years of real state experience. This includes a decade spent at the region’s largest industrial developer CTP, where he was responsible for the management and sustainability of its 5.5 million sqm portfolio. He’s also worked as a director at Avison Young CZ, where he led its Czech and Slovak Property Management & ESG business. At Cushman & Wakefield, de Goeij will coordinate and expand the company’s sustainability and ESG teams in the region. He is a lecturer at the MBARE at Prague University of Economics, an RICS qualified FM professional and Interim Chairman of the Advisory Board of RICS Czech Republic.
