Colliers has announced the expansion of Tewfik Sabongui’s responsibilities, placing him in charge of the Slovak branch of the business as well as the Czech Republic. He’s taking over from the current managing director Richard Urvay who will leave his post at the end of April to begin a new role client-side. Sabongui has been active on the Czech and CEE real estate markets for 24 years, amassing extensive experience in capital markets, commercial rentals and development. “I’m convinced that thanks to his rich experience and vision, Tewfik will continue to concentrate on activities that will strengthen our market presence, provide excellent service for our clients and attract new talent,” said Monika Rajska-Wolinska, director of Colliers for CEE.
