P3 Logistic Parks has acquired a development plot on which it plans to build its third business park around Liberec. The new project is located near the D35 highway in Jeřmanice and is seen as suitable primarily as a logistics park. “We’ve been working quite hard on this land acquisition,” said Peter Jánoši, director of P3 Logistic Parks. “There are a lot of manufacturing and logisitcs firms in the area who need new space in order to expand.” The 35,000 sqm plot will be used for the construction of a 16,000 sqm warehouse along with 7,500 sqm of administrative space. The work will entail certain challenges determined by the physical nature of the land, which is in a mountainous setting. The lowest portion of the sloping land lies 22 meters below the plot’s high point. The property company already operates seven buildings in the vicinity in its parks P3 Liberec (a 7-building asset) and P3 Liberec South.
