Penta Real Estate’s country manager for Slovakia Juraj Nevolník is leaving the company after a stint of 15 years. The decision makes room for Michal Rehák, who currently holds the position of Business Director. Penta co-founder Marek Dospiva described Rehák as an experienced professional and an integral part of the senior management team of our development operations in Slovakia.”

Rehák joined Penta’s real estate division shortly after graduating from university in 2011. Initially specializing in commercial real estate, he’s since become involved in residential as well. Along with expanding Penta’s Bory district development, he’s played a role in shaping the entire residential portfolio of Penta Real Estate in Slovakia.
