Zeitraum has named Matěj Vyskočil as its Chief Operations Officer, a new position the company set up to ensure its portfolio is managed effectively. Director Zdena Noack says Zeitraum’s ongoing physical expansion has made it imperative to strengthen on the human resources side. She said Vyskočil’s experience in the hotel and travel sectors made him an ideal candidate for the new position. He studied corporate finance at the Economic University in Prague at the same time as moving up the management chain in related companies. For the past five years, he was the director of OREA Hotel Pyramida in Prague 6 and spent three years as manager at the Augustine. Zeitraum runs four private student accommodations facilities in Prague, one in Krakow, and it’s on track to open a sixth in Warsaw at the beginning of 2023.
