Logicor buys 100,000 sqm brownfield

Published: 17. 04. 2023

Logicor has acquired a 100,000 sqm brownfield site near Turnov, which intends to redevelop into a modern industrial project. The deal effectively doubles its footprint in the Czech Republic. Director Pavel Rufert said the project is located strategically at a crossroad linking the regional cities Mlada Boleslav, Liberec and Jicin. It also has direct access to the D10 motorway, which links Prague and the borders of Germany and Poland. “We look forward to regenerating the area by improving the landscape and fueling business activity in the local community,” he said. The site is set for completion in Q1 2024 and will offer access to an existing railway siding. Logicor recently added two members to its Czech team, hinting at a need for greater capacity.
